  • To start, I like to jump on a quick call with my clients to discuss their ideal trip and any preferences I should keep in mind.

  • Based on your feedback, I will make personalized suggestions and put together a preliminary itinerary. We will then continue to fine tune the proposal based on your feedback. Your itinerary will also include all Preferred Partner amenities where possible — such as room upgrades, complimentary breakfast, hotel credits and more. When you are completely satisfied with the details of your trip, your itinerary will be finalized.

  • Prior to your departure, I will send your final electronic itinerary — including all confirmation numbers, local contact details, itinerary timing, etc. Prior to your arrival, I will reconfirm all arrangements and will also reach out to my partners at your hotel to make sure that you are on the list for VIP treatment and first priority upgrades if available.

  • Should your trip throw any unexpected curveballs your way, I will be there as a live voice to assist.

    If you would like assistance with securing dining or spa reservations, there is a separate concierge fee. Otherwise I am always happy to connect you with the hotel concierge teams once your itinerary is confirmed. If you would like to make voluntary adjustments beyond your final itinerary or if you would like any last-minute assistance in the week prior to departure, there may be an additional fee.

Elisabeth is based in New York City and has been planning luxury travel itineraries around the globe since 2013. While she loves matching travelers with their ideal destinations, experiences and hotels, she especially enjoys planning honeymoons, family adventures and safaris. Some of her favorite travel memories include sundowners in Kenya, bathing an elephant in Chiang Mai, exploring the Tetiaroa Atoll by boat while staying at the Brando, wandering the streets of the Left Bank in Paris, and snowmobiling in Iceland. She loves living in New York for the food, art and fashion, as well as the proximity to a major international airport for when the next destination is calling.
